Comprehensive Range of Services

Getting a good builder is essential to your building project, but it’s not enough. That’s why we’ve also built a skilled and trusted network of sub-contractors who we call on whenever we need specific skills or labour. Each sub-contractor is hand-picked and vetted by our experienced in-house team.

We’ll project manage the job too, ensuring the building experience is as hassle-free for you as possible. This includes all stages of the project from the concept and design stages through to construction and final handover. We’ll help you get council consent too.

Most importantly, we’ll listen to you and communicate with you throughout the project. We want you to get the home you desire – the home of your dreams. Together, we can make it happen.

Our Background

Lifestyle Building & Construction started seven years ago as a two-man team of builders. Through hard work and dedication, we are now industry-leaders in the construction of high-end homes in Taranaki, as well as commercial construction and home renovation projects.

The company was founded by Managing Director Scott Siffleet, a construction industry professional and qualified Master Builder with over 15 years’ experience. He is fully licensed, has worked on a range of projects, and has a track record in delivering unique builds.
